- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will give you an honest, transparent and fair price for an honest days work. Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm are normal business hours with weekends and nights are emergency hours. Fees will be determined when we discuss your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually need to talk face to face with the customer at the site of project. Being able to talk with the customer in his/her environment really lets me understand want they want and also maybe make suggestions on what they didn’t know they could have. Once I have a good understanding of what they customer wants and getting to know them a little bit more I create an estimate and send it off to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a journeyman electrical license in the states of Washington, Arizona and New Mexico. I take continuing education classes to keep up on my knowledge of electrical code and the updates of code changes.
