- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We carry a one year warranty on all of our work (unless noted in contract). Extended warranties are available if the customer uses top grade materials that will last on their job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always recommend to do an on-site estimate of no charge to be 100% on an accurate price evaluation of your job. Once a price is set, if the customer approves we set a scheduled date and time to start. We are always flexible with customers. We always provide a start and end date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a small remodel company for years in all areas of work. That is how I gained my experience. When that company closed, I decided in 2014 to venture out on my own and become "A Plus Remodeling LLC".
