- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since I am a Co-Active coach I hold my coachee as naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. This is my ground assumption. Once we meet we will identify your own main values, and take a step forward into your life goal(s). Second, we'll put up as many options as needed to resolve your challenges - in this phase, you will gain different perspectives and tap into making powerful decisions. Lastly, we will conclude with your choice of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Co-Active professional life-coach. Completed 1 year of 5 core courses finishing it with 6 months certification. All this time getting clients and co-actively coaching them In addition, I am a certified mediator. For the following; community, parent-teen, juvenile victim-offender
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In fact I have been a listening wall even as a teenager, to both teens my age and young adults. Later serving in the army for over 15 years, I have been helping young soldiers from a variety of socio-economic background achieve their own goals. For the past 12 years, since I have been officially certified, I'm coming to every session with the greatest humble and joy
