Introduction: We are proud to present a unique model of holistic health care. Our goal is to nurture and support your personal transformation to a healthy wellness-based lifestyle. Our educational workshops enhance the knowledge and art of healing for the body, mind and spirit. We currently offer Yoga, Tai Chi, QiGong, Nia, Health Empowerment, Guided Imagery and Mindfulness classes. By keeping our classes in very small groups visitors will receive a personalized attention from our teachers. We enjoy seeing people getting stronger, healthier and happier. We love building a community that thrives on wellness and a better health.

Hana Holistic Medical Center has a fantastic studio which is worth the drive from anywhere in the Bay Area. I have taken a variety of classes and they all have been great. I would recommend taking the Thi Chi class with Xin if your looking for an experience that is truly exceptional. Eligio teaches a Qi Gong class that is the best. And Dr. Zvi is a talented teacher who leads mindfulness classes. I left his class feeling very peaceful and calm, which I needed after a hectic day. I also have been a patient of Dr. Anas Hana who provided the most amazing acupuncture sessions! I tore a ligament in my knee and didn't need my pain medication after seeing him. He is truly an amazing doctor.

I've had nothing but positive experiences and interactions at HHMC. I've been to a qi gong class and several mindfulness classes monthly. The facility is so clean and new, I adore it. Dr. Hana is such a caring doctor and really takes care of his patients and makes them feel comfortable. I definitely recommend coming to class or getting medical advice.

Hana Holistic Medical Center is a beautiful facility in downtown Berkeley. Anas Hana, the owner, is a great doctor and acupuncturist. He is attentive to the needs of his patients and is very good at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to for acupuncture or general medical care.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our classes are open to the public. Class passes are $18 dollars each. You can save by purchasing a 6 month 10 class pass for $160 dollars. Students with ID cards get a discount with $15 dollars for the single student pass. Our medical center members receive 3 free classes a year, 10% off on acupuncture and 5% discount on workshops while our Vision Supporter members enjoy unlimited classes and 10% off all workshops.
