- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical pricing system is as follows: $65/hr - Basic PC/Laptop troubleshooting, installation (MAC or PC) $85/hr - Network/System Administration design, deployment and troubleshooting ( Windows/MAC based systems) $105/hr - SQL DB / SAN,NAS,DAS deployment & configuration troubleshooting (windows/mac only) Contact for quote on specialized projects or any project outside of the scope of this pricing system
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a specifically methodology for working with new or existing customers. I listen to their needs, present an outline or proposal for what we have discussed and go over it thoroughly with the prospective client. I deploy what the client and I have discussed, test it and then have the client sign off on it via the completed project sheet. This way this leave the customer happy and sure that the tasks were completed in a timely manner
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been dealing with computers since 1981 due to my father being a programmer. With that said I have over 25 years experience dealing with Apple, Adobe, Microsoft, and most major software and hardware companies such as Dell, HP, Lenovo. I also have experience with VMware, Hyper V, Xenserver, Virtual Box and other forms of virtualization software. I have setup different types of technologies for SMB clients: Site to site vpn with SAN backup at both locations for redundant back up of data in case of fire, earthquake, natural disaster Cloud backup for small companies and individuals SAN, NAS, DAS experience
