- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the type of event as well as services and equipment needed for the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a service agreement has been put in place, I like to meet with my customers and personally get to know them. I am a firm believer in the old adage that the only dumb question is that one that you do not ask, and as a result, I gather as much details and information as I can about an event. I like to stay in touch with my clients and present them with new ideas that they may be interested in for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always loved music, I have always wanted to play a role in musical performances whether it was the Junior HS marching band or my rock band during the 80's! I have had formal musical theory training in both High School and College.
