I have used Birmingham Sushi Classes to cater my office parties as well as taken the class on how to make my own sushi. Chef Kelly makes the class informative as well as fun. Her catering skills are beyond great! She has creative and innovative ideas that make your party an event that all of your friends will talk about for a long time to come. She can work with any budget. She will so whatever it takes to make your party the talk of the office.

Kelly is an awesome teacher! She makes the whole experience fun! The food is great. My husband and I went on a date night and it was by far one of the most fun times we've had. We make sushi all the time now! Try this class you won't regret it!!

Awesome learning experience and a great meal. You'll be surprised to find out how much money you can save by learning to roll your own sushi. Even if you still prefer to pay someone else to do it, you'll learn the language you need to know when eating sushi at restaurants, and you might be surprised at what you'll learn. Chef Kelly is the best.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private sushi class with our menu base price =$250 + tax for up to 5 people. Students added @$50 per student. Catering depends on menu.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For private classes or catering, we discuss likes/dislikes, then we create a first draft of the sushi menu.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years professional cooking, 5 years experience as a professional sushi chef, 4 years teaching sushi classes
