- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on several factors that includes the square footage of the facility, how many days per week serviced, and cleaning scope of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Vanguard Cleaning Systems is committed to making the change to a new cleaning provider as pain-free as possible for our clients. Once we reach an agreement, our caring Field consultant will schedule a walk-through of your facility with the service provider. This way, when the time comes to begin cleaning, all expectations are known and the service provider is familiar with the building!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service providers are given plenty of opportunities to participate in education, work-shops, e-learning, and on-site training, as well as being given access to state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
