- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two standard installations Standard installs come with the mount and custom wall plate .We also hide the wires and install a plug behind the tv ,these type of Installs are done on standard inside walls of the home . Standard Install Price : $180 Standard Fireplace install comes with the mount and a custom wall plate . We also hide the wires and install a plug behind the tv . Any other than sheet rock on a fireplace installation will require a estimate . Standard Fireplace Install : $280 We do have advanced installations for hiding devices in cabinets and closets which will require a estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer we exchange names and do our best to address the needs of the customer .

We have a team that has been working in multimedia and home theater for several years we have technicians that have worked in the cable industry and also specialize in home theater
