- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple! After locating a qualified tenant, our fees are as follow: *Tenant Locator Fee and executed lease: 1st month's rent *Property Management Fee: $75/month or 10% of the rental amount, whichever is greater. We direct deposit the funds into the owner's account (available with some banks) or send them by check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the customer's needs and develop a plan to meet those needs. We set up a listing appointment in the office then go to the home to take pictures and discuss any staging or tips that will increase attractiveness. Afterwards I list the home, advertise is using various media (with owner permission) and locate a tenant or buyer! I also handle lease purchases!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father has been a realtor for over 15 years so I have been around the business for a long time. I purchases my first home when I was 24, so that afforded me personal experience having been through the home buying process myself. I then took a real estate certification course and passed both exams on the first try!
