I just can’t even explain how amazing these people are. Mike and his wife and daughter are seriously the nicest most genuine people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. They catered my wedding on November 4th and my guests still comment on how delicious the food was and how much they enjoyed Mike and his family. We had a small backyard wedding, so they stayed and made sure everything was kept up and looked pretty the whole time. Their set up was absolutely stunning and went with our wedding theme and decor wonderfully. They were so professional and accommodating. When we were seeking a caterer, they invited us to their restaurant and let us try a bunch of different food options. Mike was so friendly and his daughter was also friendly. We didn’t meet his wife until the wedding but she’s the sweetest person as well. Their bacon wrapped dates are dream worthy and their pimento cheese BLTs are so delicious. Oh and their artichoke dip was to die for. We ended up having so much food left over (they are very generous with their portions) that when we went on our honeymoon we ate everything we had left as snacks the whole time. They even left us to go containers for everything for easy packing. The quality of the food is astounding. The food kept its quality through a 5hr travel to our honeymoon and the whole week we stayed. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys so much! Amber and Michael provided impeccable services and thought of everything. They wanted to make sure the experience was as streamlined as possible. The food was amazing and everyone kept complimenting the set up, the service, and of course the food. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We generally price our proposals at the minimum number of guests in the request but state the price per person using a ++ pricing structure. This means that our price is before applicable sales taxes and gratuity/service charge. We do not apply a service charge for drop off only orders. If you have questions on specific details or costs, please don't hesitate to ask. We will offer discounts to verifiable 501c3 not-for-profit organizations if requested early on in the proposal process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every event is unique. We like to get as much information from our customers as practical - style of event, types of guests, level of service desired, complexity and variation of menu selections, favorite foods, budget considerations and any additional required services (linens, glassware, etc.) and provide recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our staff has a wide array of education and training in our backgrounds. One thing we all share is that we are passionate about serving with high standards of excellence. We do this job because we truly enjoy it. We love to cook. We love to serve customers. And we LOVE to be a part of great events.
