FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Perry will meet with you at his office for your free consultation. During the consultation, he will go over your current situation and any forms the IRS has sent you. After your free consultation, the investigation panel begins. During this phase, Perry will be granted power of attorney to handle all of your IRS issues. He will order transcripts from the IRS to analyze. Next, comes the compliance phase. The IRS will not don anything for you unless you have all of your income taxes filled out. We will do all of these for you and make sure you are up to date. We must assure that you are in compliance. Finally, comes the resolution phase. We will find what resolution works for you.
