- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing typically runs at $150.00 per hour, however, Evolved Media prides itself on its flexibility when dealing with different socioeconomic circumstances. Therefore, if the situation dictates discounted costs, Evolved Media Productions will alter our pricing structure for those who can provide documentation of financial disadvantage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new customer is always going to be different and have specific expectations that suits their needs. It is important to have a small interview process a week or more before the event that allows us to get to know each aspect of the customer or the customer's subjects that will be documented either with photograph, film, or otherwise. By engaging in this process, we are able to ascertain the general scope of the story that will be told through the filters of multimedia. As a long-time customer service provider, I personally like to familiarize myself with the environment, the surroundings, and the people to get a general feel of the location's strengths, weaknesses, and personality and how the location compliments the participants of the event. By doing so, it allows an early introspective view of how the story can best be told from a range of cinematic viewpoints. Furthermore, the customer may feel free to lay out ground rules, preferences, and their own personal vision for their future products. I have always found that early communication inevitably leads to much more enriching experiences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael Grubb holds a B.S. at Indiana University and graduated with honors through the Telecommunications department of I.U. The main concentration of this degree was in multimedia, film, production, photography, and design.
