- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At home consultation where selections are made, measurements are taken and pricing is determined. A 50% deposit is required. The remainder is paid at installation approximately 3 weeks later depending on the product. All my installers are certified and insured. I accept checks and credit cards. PLEASE NOTE: I am not a repair or measure service. The service I offer is turnkey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in design and 30 years experience in the field. I am shutter, motorization and Hunter Douglas certified.
