- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to start off with a consultation before any service is performed. Its important to know what the client is looking for. If The service involves Extension work I also do a consultation and set a date that the service can be done. That way I can get the proper color, length of hair and time that the service will take. If its for a haircut, color, etc... I perform the service that day after a brief consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied cosmetology at Empire Beauty School and I continued my education at the Florida College Of Natural Health. I have worked at some of the top rated salons in South Florida which has allowed me to learn more and grow within my industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure during your consultation that all your questions get answered before any service is performed. You always want to know that you and the person performing the service are on the same page.
