- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic long term management fee is 5% of gross rent collected and does not include late fees. Other fees such as project management, accounting software, tenant move in, and lease renewal are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet potential clients on-site with no obligation and discuss their needs as well as our services and see if we can make it a "win/win".
