- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our initial consultations are free to prospective clients. We want you to feel important and that starts with the first conversation to make sure we are the right fit for your career needs. Once you've determined that RL is right for you, it's only $50 to get that perfect resume in your inbox within 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what works best for you we can arrange a quick 15 minute phone call, meet in person (if possible) or exchange an email to learn about the client's needs for personalized service. After the conversation the client sends us their most recent resume and a job description they are interested in applying for. Once we have that information, Resume Ladies work their magic and have a first draft in your inbox within 24 hours for you to review and add any final details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We at Resume Ladies have a lot of experience of reviewing thousands of resumes and doing hundreds of interviews. As HR leaders we know what companies are looking for to get your resume notice. We have been the employers looking at resumes in a variety of industries. Additionally, we at Resume Ladies both have Master's degrees in both HR and Business.
