- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical hair or make up service starts at $85.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask my client to communicate her needs for her event. I then find out what time, and where they would like for me to be to do their hair and make up. I then shedule a trial run (optional), prior to their event, so they feel comfortable with what I do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist, and attend continuous training by doing workshops at shows.
