- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an American Express Travel Services Representative Agency, I have access to excellent values and exclusive promotions for you. I work with a wide range of travel budgets and my goal is to provide the best value for your vacation. As a travel professional, I do charge fees for my services. Every vacation is customized for you and all the details hand selected. This requires an upfront investment of time and I am only able to work with a limited number of new clients at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first to get an outline of what type of experience you are looking for during your vacation, including your budget range. Our initial conversation will take 20-30 minutes and I will ask a series of questions to ensure I know what’s most important to you. By doing this work upfront, the itinerary I put together will look very close to ideal the first time around. From there, we will work together to fine tune the details and be able to place a deposit on your vacation sooner to guarantee pricing and availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continually investing in my travel knowledge base through workshops, conferences, supplier showcases and travel to the destinations I sell. As a franchise owner, I have access to exclusive training and new product information to keep current on all the latest trends and values for my clients.
