FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet at the jobsite in person and talk about what the customer has envisioned. Then explain the pros and cons, or alternative choices they might be unaware of, or perhaps hadnt crossed their minds. Once final decisions have been made, I put together a list of materials and labor cost estimates, as well as a suggested schedule. After any changes or concerns that there might be have been addressed, a contract is signed by both parties, and a deposit or down payment (if applicable) is made. Finally, the vision begins to become a reality.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have personally worked with almost every age group. Unlike most other people, I enjoy a good challenge, and a chance to prove my ability to identify with just about anyone.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk is cheap. Instinct is everything. Never go with the cheapest, or highest bid. Trust should be earned, not expected.
