- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all budgets and work hard to meet your needs. We will do our best to tailor a photography session per your budget and often go the extra mile to make our customers happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a phone interview to determine your needs and wants and tailor a photo session package that will fit you best. During the call we will often ask the date of the event, number of people, how long the photo session is needed, and what kind of photos you are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For our engagement sessions, we will send out a guid that will help you pick out the right outfit, and style to make sure the photoshoot goes much smoother and get you the photos you like.
