So I started with CRAIG SWAPP in 2018 shortly after my automobile accident I had a different attorney than I do now. I asked my attorney in March 2019 to please settle my case on the advice of my doctor. The fact that the case was not settled was causing great anxiety and stress every time something new came up with it. I didnt hear anything more from my attorney. Finally about nine months later in December I called and was told that my attorney no longer worked there which was really upsetting because nobody let me know. My case had gone nowhere. But of course things work out. I met GLENN in December and was very impressed right away with his calm manner the fact that he explained everything in great detail and always called me back texted me back contacted me back almost immediately every time. Some months later I met Morgan she is amazing! She keeps me informed and responds to all of my contacting with super speed! Her and GLENN work so well together like I said the time they both take to explain Ive never felt so comfortable with something so foreign to me ever! I feel that both of them truly love their job and like the people that theyre working with. I have the utmost faith and confidence in both of them. In the short time since Glenn and Morgan took over my case they have worked extremely hard To settle and now we are almost finished. Thank you Glenn and Morgan for all of your hard work and kindness

Glen and his team at Craig Swapp have been so helpful to me after my accident. They helped me with treatments, surgery and recovering financially with the at fault driver's insurance. We are a contingency fee firm. You pay nothing unless we win for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With one call to our office, you'll set in motion a process perfected over years of experience. Our intake staff will gather basic information about your potential case and let you know if it sounds like something we can help you with. If so, we will send an investigator to your home or convenient meeting place to ask you some more details about the accident and begin the information gathering process. Once that is done, your case is assigned to a caring attorney and case manager team who are devoted to helping you get well and absorbing the blows that come from insurance and creditors. We take that load off your shoulders and put it on ours to help make sure you just focus on getting the right medical treatment to heal and recover. Once your treatment phase is complete, we negotiate with your guidance with the various insurance companies involved to ensure a maximum financial recovery for your injuries, pain and suffering, and lost wages. If those negotiations don't proceed favorably for you, we can proceed to go further and enter into mediation, arbitration, or even court trials to ensure our clients get a fair and full settlement. Your welfare is our concern.
