John and his crew transformed my home and made it ready for me to live in for the next fifty years! Being a single woman, I was worried about being taken advantage of and paying for things that may have been unnecessary. After one conversation with John, he helped me find cost friendly solutions that my other bids had not even offered. John truly had my best interest in mind. John and his crew put on a new roof, gutters, expanded and rebuilt our deck, knocked walls out and created an open concept kitchen by adding a breakfast bar and removing a wall, replaced old siding, added new counters and backsplash, installed new lighting and electrical in many parts of the house, and tiled our kitchen and bathroom floors. John doesn’t nickel and dime you, and would often eat the cost of something even if it cost more than he thought, just because it would look better, last longer, or it was just the right thing to do. His crew worked around us while living in the house at the same time the remodel was happening, and were also so sweet to my dog, who I’m sure was extra “helpful” to them at many points in the project. John is a great communicator, and i would highly recommend him for any work that you need done. Thank you for an amazing transformation John and crew! Our project was a renovation. We had carpeting replaced by laminate, all baseboards and window trim replaced with updated white, doors, walls and ceiling repainted and a fireplace wall rebuilt. Our kitchen was updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and backsplashes. John was always available for questions, gave us great suggestions, was punctual, and stayed within our budget. He met timelines and sent us to vendors that had quality and varied products. It was a pleasure to work with John and his crew!

John installed a laundry hook-up in our kitchen and did a couple other smaller jobs. He did excellent work and took the time to walk us through every stage of the project.
