FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first talk with you to understand how you're envisioning the event, then we'll come up with a rough proposal to make sure we're on the same page about the style, pricing, etc, and go on to fill in the details over time. We take a lot of pride in our communication, and it's not uncommon to have dozens of texts/emails/calls over the course of planning an event. Of course, if you just want us to show up and cook, we can do that too!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients really care about having great food at their wedding, and typically prefer a more personal approach to planning than what some of the large cookie-cutter catering companies can provide. Our bride and grooms' style ranges from casual to elegant (most often, "casual elegant"), but the quality itself is always high. While most caterers (even many high-end ones) take a mass-produced, "get it done as fast and as cheaply as possible" approach to events, we bring a level of detail and sophistication (even for backyard bbqs) that our customers really appreciate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Work with someone you personally like. Your experience leading up to and during the wedding will be so much more enjoyable if you're working with a caterer who you're super comfortable with, and that you know has your back.
