Buyer beware. There is a reason why these people have awful ratings. First of all, realize that this isn't a lawn service company but a middleman that contracts with lawn service people to do the work. The week that they were supposed to do the yard, no one showed up. I emailed the guy I originally spoke with numerous times and no response. I finally had to do it myself and I cancelled it. Worse service ever!!!

Customer- Be ware! Lawn Mowing service requested on May 31st, 2018. Today is June 8th. No service yet! They send one contractor, was not communicated properly about the gate to open. Asked me to contact customer service phone number. They did not respond and was a long wait. No other service contractor schedule for more than a week for such a simple task. I have no choice other than cancelling it with total madness.

I hired this company for bi weekly lawn mowing and a custom task of yard clean up. After two weeks and 5 reschedulings ...NOTHING has been done! BUYER BEWARE

They don't reply to requests (waited the appropriate 48 hours for response). They don't answer the phone (claim they are busy and will call back - they don't). They probably don't have anybody in the area available to work. They should just be honest about it instead of hiding. Too bad, I had great hopes for this service.

The whole process was very difficult and inefficient. I outlined clearly what I needed and was met with obstacles every step of the way. At first they said they didn't offer the service I requested, but then they said they did. They said the work would be done for one amount and then they added to that amount. THEN they said the work would be done on one day and it wasn't. Then they said we would get a bid and approval at a certain time and that also didn't happen. Ultimately we ended up going with another contractor we found on Thumbtack.

Hi Ana - First of all, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. The service we provide is hard to make everybody happy and we certainly do our best which we understand is sometimes not enough. In this case, it looks like you had some pretty urgent needs and we weren't able to deliver in the short time you gave us. To be fair, what you were asking for was not recurring lawn mowing service and was not something we offer to new customers because of the problems you experienced. To recap, you ordered bi-weekly basic lawn mowing service (mow, trim, blow) on our website on 7/10. We got back to you 6 hours later and let you know your contractor was aware of your overgrowth (a charge in addition to your bi-weekly price) and scheduled to come on 7/13. You then responded and told us you didn't like that price and wanted to get other estimates, which is fine and encouraged. You then reached back out on 7/13 and communicated to us that the job needed to be done before 7/18, essentially giving us 3 days, 2 of which were weekend days, to inform your contractor that you were ready to proceed and get the job on his schedule. We were able to get ahold of your contractor on Monday, July 17th, the day you needed to your service done, and ask him to add you to his route. He conveyed to us that he WOULD be able to stop by your property at the end of the day which we then communicated to you. He flaked and we're sorry for that, in fact, we'd love the chance to make it up to you. The review you've given us is not commensurate with the level of service. We made every attempt to meet your needs and due to the tight time constraints and the failure of one of our contractors to deliver as promised, you did not receive your service "on-time". We have five more contractos w/in 5 miles of your property. If you would like to resume your bi-weekly lawn mowing, we would be happy to assign a new contractor and comp the first service in an effort to make this right. All in hopes that you might be willing to look past your anger and adjust your review to something that is a little less damaging to a company that is just getting started on Thumbtack.
