What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is usually discounted in order to get a feel of the practice and move forward in the future with more in-depth sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first session will be to see what is important to work on, or as I call "value exploration," and then we can set up appointments to work on your goal setting and achieving these goals. Then we will continue following up in the future to check on progress and obstacles that you have encountered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Health and Wellness Coaching certificate from Emory University continuing education in Atlanta, GA.
