- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies according to the type of gig, the length, and location. Consistent clients receive 10% off after the third booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know new clients before working together. A phone call is always a great idea, so we can get a feel of each other, and make sure we're a good match!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mostly self taught. I've taken several photography classes, but most of my knowledge comes from a mentor who helped me start my business 7 years ago, and from practice, experience, and research.
