- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have my prices listed but I dont mind answering people once they ask me how much I charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meet and greet. They decide if I am a good fit, if I am then they can give me a key to hold on to and use for when they need service. I will send them a contract and after that is signed then we will be set. They can then request service via text up to 24 hours before their needed service date. Once I know your service dates I will send you an invoice and you can pay me through any of the options listed on the invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a dog walker and pet sitter for over 5 years, I've learned clicker and positive reinforcement. While working in this field I also went to school and became a certified veterinary assistant.
