I enjoy getting to know people, what they do for a living, what their passions are, and what their goals are. Making personal connections (pets, kids, hobbies, etc.) allows me to help my clients live their lives to the fullest.
Everyone is different, and I love the challenge! Inspiration comes in all forms. Some examples are helping an older client regain his sense of balance, helping a lady who volunteers for the Humane Society as a dog groomer heal her shoulder pain with pilates, and training a shy girl through her first Danskin Triathlon and seeing her blossom into a confident woman. The list is endless!
