FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My talks are highly customized and never canned, meaning that I take my time initially to speak with whoever is organizing the talk to find out exactly what they want their audience to walk away with. I ask, How do you want the audience to feel? What do you want each person to be able to go and do, right after the talk? We typically speak for 20-60 minutes, or however long it takes for the event organizer to feel confident that we are on the same page. I take it from there, and design a talk that delivers the outcomes he/she desires. We reconnect on the phone at least once prior to the event to check in and confirm that everything is as he/she wants it to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching since 2014. My professional training as a coach has primarily been within Landmark Worldwide education (landmarkworldwide.com), and I'm currently in rigorous coaching and development through the Team, Management and Leadership Program.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I lived and worked overseas for over three years shortly after obtaining my Bachelor's degree, primarily in Germany, which led me to observe and become deeply interested in human patterns and behavior. This interest eventually led me to personal development coaching, and from there, to speaking on topics related to both international travel and self-development.
