FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important aspect of working with a new client is to determine what their needs for a project are and what their expectations of deliverables are. Asking questions is where we begin. By asking a few basic questions we can determine if our business relationship is a good fit. If we believe so we will dive a bit deeper into asking about the project. If it becomes apparent that the fit may not be good we will do my best to refer them to someone that we feel can help to better fulfill their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 30 years behind the lens of a camera. I spent four years in college studying photography where I modeled my style after Ansel Adams. As an aerial photographer I hold a FAA Part 61 Pilots license for airplane single engine land. I am also hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot In Command (RPIC) certificate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2014 it became apparent that the use of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) across many sectors was the wave of the future. I recognized that the technology could save lives. As it felt like time for a career change I combined my extensive photography experience with the UAS technology and began this new career path.
