- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee for planning an event is %20 of the total event budget for events that have a budget of $1,000 or more. The fee for planning an event for a budget of $999 or less is $200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process typically involves meeting with the client and getting an idea of what is expected for their event. I want to know their vision and make sure that I'm able to handle the job. Next we come up with a concept and plan. The client will pay $100 for the proposal, however the $100 goes towards the total cost of their planning fee if they sign a contract with me to plan their event. I am also available to provide consultation services for a fee of $50. This is good for people who know what they want but just need a little guidance or advice on how to make it happen.

I have worked in the event industry in Washington, DC for nearly 17 years, planning everything from state luncheons to children's birthday parties.
