Introduction: I combine professional and artistic photography technique and expert post-production in editing software to provide an experience of the highest-quality caliber. I possess classical training in the arts from Columbus College of Art and Design, but my outgoing and friendly service makes Prism Studio truly unforgettable. Boudoir photography is more than a portraiture session- it is an escape from mundane life and an opportunity to give the middle finger to society's imposed ideals of self-criticism and body shaming. So often we prioritize our jobs, our caretaking duties, or our myriad other responsibilities above ourselves. A boudoir session is an opportunity to let your hair down and own your power and sensuality in one immortal moment that will be treasured both for the gorgeous images and for the unforgettably life-affirming experience. I began my career as a freelance artist when I was 17 years old and exhibited a series of black-and-white prints in the Toledo Museum of Art. I was hooked. There was nothing in the world quite as wonderful to me as creating something tangible that provoked an emotional response in people when they viewed it. Though I still am a fine artist in many respects, I now have expanded into the world of commercial photography, where the thrill of creating art has increased because now, I create memories that evoke a personal and deep emotional response. I blend modern portrait photography with my creative artistic flair for a unique collaboration with my clients that is unparalleled in terms of both the final result and the pampering and fun experience. Seeing the confidence boost that occurs when a woman sees her own true beauty captured in a photograph is my raison d'etre...it is the reason I love what I do.
