- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flexible depending on the type, number & size of the pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are welcome to come visit with us. They can bring their pet(s) as a "Meet & greet". We want to be sure you are happy with the service we can provide and that our house meets your pet's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had pets for years, dogs & puppies, house rabbits & house cats. We have studied Jan Farrell's books on dog behaviour. We also have experience of dog shows. One of our dogs was a rosette winner.
