Introduction: You have the ability to train with a professional athlete, who has just reached 16-0 inside the ring. I am able to put to use what I have learned throughout the years with personal experience. Everything I will be teaching is what I have done myself to reach top physical condition. I have worked alongside world class strength and conditioning coaches that have trained olympians, professional athletes, and more.
Boxing has brought me an incredible level of discipline, perseverance, and drive. I love seeing people reach a new level of physical and mental strength after a workout. Everybody wants to train like a professional athlete and being able to witness someone pushing their limits with every exercise is a rewarding feeling. I thoroughly enjoy teaching the art of boxing, while also helping with nutrition, supplementation and seeing the results firsthand.

Miguel is the utmost professional. He was very inviting and easy going from the start. He was able to take skills that he has learned from years of training and practice and teach clients in a manner that they understand and can adapt to. He genuinely cares about his client's progress and advancement. He is capable of customizing a training regimen, which is very critical when people have a variety of fitness goals.
From my personal experience, we clicked right from the start and developed a friendship that will last for a long time to come. That who Miguel is, it's family with him!

I booked several private training session with Miguel and it was life changing. It is life changing because he incorporates affective training regiments and you can see and feel results. Having a professional boxer giving you private lessons is a bonus because Miguel does have real combat experiences and he is not afraid to share it with his clients. Not only you're getting boxing lessons, but you're also getting secret training exercise he does when he prepares for his fights. Overall, I trust his work because of his experiences and I feel like he's one of the best choice for a private personal training session.
