- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the state of Florida notaries can charge a maximum of $10 per notarial act for most services. These travel fees also apply: 0 to five miles or less: $10 Five to 15 miles: $15 15 to 25 miles: $25 25 to 50 miles: $40 50 miles or more: $100+, depending on distance
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate via Thumbtack or phone to determine the type of work needed, the distance to which we'll be traveling, and the date the notary services need completing. We come to you or we'll meet in a mutually convenient location, services are rendered, payment made via cash or credit card, and we're both on our way. Quick, easy, and convenient!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in liberal arts. Certified Notary Public commissioned in the state of Florida. Completed the required three hour training for the state of Florida. Member of the National Notary Association. Currently receiving training to become a loan signing agent through the National Notary Association. Insured and bonded. Background checked by the National Notary Association.
