- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, each job has different parameters so it is difficult to establish "standard" prices. Prefer to provide estimates for each job/deliverable. We strive to stay on time and on budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1: Listen and Learn. Step one is to listen to your vision and learn about your business, your company’s structure, products, services and capabilities. STEP 2: Identify Goals Key to creating a successful plan is to understand and identify specific objectives. Defining goals creates a compass that provides direction and scope. STEP 3: Create Whether it’s a concept, a marketing plan, or a deliverable designed for a specific product, activity or need, our goal is to provide on-target creative thinking and execution to meet your specific goals. This is where we excel. STEP 4: Implement Implementation is often a collaboration between customer and YMDFL. Depending on the solution, we can take on the entire project or provide the necessary assistance to help you and your staff make it happen. STEP 5: Measure You want success and we want you to be successful. The only way to know if we have succeeded is through measurement. To this end, we will help identify and track parameters that can give a clear picture of how we achieve the established goals and objectives. STEP 6: Stay on Budget It should come as no surprise that success isn’t free. But YMDFL does its best to make it affordable by creating cost-effective solutions designed with your goals, your capabilities and your budget in mind.
