- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment and meet in person at the property. Discuss concerns answer any questions and list services offered and if there is something not listed we can almost accommodate most requests. A contract is drawn up and that's it! We are not a one size fits all as we tailor make to fit individual needs. We have a basic package and work from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have local clientele but also service international clients especially from Europe and Canada.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who has experience, great customer service, reliable, prompt, efficient and friendly. For our foreign speaking clients we speak five languages fluently which are Spanish, French,German, Dutch and of course English
