- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our number one priority is to provide a perfect product at a fair price. We want to be fair and honest for customers and successful enough to provide reliable jobs with benifits for our employees. We will work with you and other estimates you have received to find the perfect balance that suites your needs. Roofs are often broken down to Squares, 10ft x 10ft sections, and pricing can roughly be compared using this as a guide. Roofs usually fall into a range between $350 and $550 a square largely dependant on the pitch of the roof, access for debris removal, type of materials and additional decking or trim repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers or existing customers get 100 percent of our attention. We want to get to know you and your project so that we can present the solution that is exactly what you are looking for. We utilize Quick Books, which allows us to send our estimates and invoices with attachments so you can see what we see on the roof. We will ask for your name, number and email, create an estimate and send that to you. If you prefer we can print one out and provide that as well. Once this process has been complete we will follow up once or twice to make sure if you have any questions, they are answered, and then we will let you make your decision without pressure tactics or invasive followup calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Square Solutions LLC is a partnership run by two owners. Together we bring a new experience to the roofing industry. Quality workmanship, and a level of customer service rarely seen in roofing. Harry Kahuhu has extensive construction experience and has done multiple trades from metal working, professional roof cleaning, building construction, and of course roofing being the most prevelant throughout. Before starting Square Solutions he was finishing his college degree in business and roofing on the side. Brandon Schulz has over a decade of customer service and service management experience, as well as roofing knowledge and experience. Before starting Square Solutions he was a Service Manager and roofing for a friend on the side.
