- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and baded on. The needs of the customer, the time required to complete the job, and materials that may he required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to respond to all requests in a timely manner. I can be reached via the app, by phone or email. I will discuss the potential job with the customer, their needs, timetable, etc. We pick a time to work together, and paymebt is required when the job is complete. I accept cash, Paypal, and checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of home/office cleaning experience, and my husband is a retired union laborer with 20+ years experience.
