- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always need more information than what is given on the job request, in order to give out a quote. Sometimes things can get lost on a brief description, so we like to make sure we fully understand the project before quoting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The project is done in stages and you will approve each of them. So we can move forward with the certainty you will have the results you are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pam has a Bachelor degree in Graphic Design and is an Adobe certified professional. With my webdesign experience of 18 years we have mastered the Web & Graphic Design world to bring the best results to our clients.
