FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes and no I like to make sure the price fits my customers needs first so we can work together to get the best possible job done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to make sure the customer knows what they want if not I will ask a few basic questions to get them headed in the right direction. Next I find out if the have the material or not if they don't I let them know what they will need so there's no money wasted on unneeded material. I will come and do an estimate of the size of sqft you have and give you the estimate for labor and a possible estimate for material if not bought yet. Then to get the contract signed to get you on your way to a beautiful new floor, bathroom or full remodel!
