- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at Cousin's Cleaning realize and understand no two jobs are similar. Therefor, we have a universal pricing structure with the ability to adapt with new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a phone call. We discuess the scope of work, clients needs and any special request. The second step, one of our trusted service estimators, travels to the location and meets with the owner. For the second time, we discus the scope of work, clients needs and any special request. At the end of this meeting, the customer will have a signed written estimate. Depending on the services we are hired for, we schedule the client. Once the scope of work is completed, our valued customer receives an invoice for completion of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently have over 15 years experience in the janitorial cleaning industry. I have multiple certifications with the New York City Board of Education as i was employed with them for many years. The hands on experience with the Board of Education has rewarded me with many skill sets.
