Katie is amazing! Not only did she make our sessions fun and interesting, she helped me organize my fitness plan for the days I didn’t see her, provided nutrition advice along with recipe ideas, didn’t mind holding my crying baby during the workout, and constantly upgraded our workout by finding new exercises for me. She tracked my body fat % and BMI which went down dramatically after this summer with her! I’m happy to continue losing weight with her sessions and now we are working on strength training. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't expect my clients to pay for a number of sessions ahead of time but to pay per session. It’s up to you if you prefer to pay for multiple sessions ahead of time. I recommend 2-4 times a week to see fast results. I do require at least 24 hours notice before cancellations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I get to know my clients with not only their specific goals and needs but their personality too. I'm a people person so it's important for me to connect to each client and find what methods of motivation work best for them to succeed. The first session I go over any health issues and risks. If requested, I will go through assessments in the first session such as body fat percentage, body circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, nutrition, etc.
