- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the item instead of by the hour - no one likes surprises and our customers highly prefer this arrangement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make the moving experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. I usually start by discussing the customer's wishes and specifics about the job (move date, size of apt, amount of items, etc). Then I go over a game plan in order to make sure that the customer is prepared for the day of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had hands on training for over 15 years. I have worked at two moving companies in New York City, and have moved hundreds of satisfied customers both locally and long-distance.
