I've known Emily for a little over two years and am a better person because of it. She has an incredible way of looking at situations that help make them feel manageable, normal, and possible to change. They way she helps you walk through the things you're feeling and living allows you to take back the feeling of "enoughness" and write your own ending to the story. She's no BS, no judgement, and will empower you to live a life believing you can conquer shame, insecurities, and fear. Her belief in you will have a huge impact on your belief in yourself.
