As a cook, I enjoy watching others indulge and enjoy food. There is nothing like seeing the expression of satisfaction or delight on someone's face after a first bite. Miss Holly's Smokehouse and Catering turned my ho-hum event into an amazing experience of taste sensations. I used the catering for a birthday party, serving over 100 people. The service was impeccable, super cost effective and my expectations were exceeded! Their very professional, punctual, warm and just and all around pleasure to work with!
I had lots of delicious items all displayed beautifully. The tasty delights were delivered fresh, warm and hot. The desserts were unique and to die for, definitely a highlight!
Using Miss Holly's Catering service I received value, which allowed me to stay within budget. No worries, with any unnecessary micro management. It allowed me to de-stress, host and have a lovely event. I was relieved of tedious tasks, they helped menu plan along with choosing dessert and spirit pairings. Their wonderful staff was self sufficient which made me feel supported. They brought everything needed to serve and even cleaned up afterwards!
Let's face it, good, professional, dedicated service is hard to come by but with Miss Holly's Catering it's comes along standard with cupcakes! Miss Holly's Smokehouse and Catering services is on speed dial for my next event!

I recently booked Miss Holly's smokehouse and catering for a casual get together I hosted at my home. We ordered brisket, several side dishes (including healthy options for my friends and coworkers with dietary restrictions) and a slew of desserts. Miss Holly's food, service and timeliness were impeccable. I would definitely hire her again.

Excellent food and service!! Miss Holly catered our 25th anniversary and it was amazing. Our guest enjoyed the food so much that it became the topic of discussion at several points in the night. The sweet potato soufflé and bbq salmon was at the top of everyone's list. The smoked chicken meatballs appetizers was so tasty and tender that it melted in your mouth. We had the red velvet cupcakes as our desert and it was delicious. I received several messages the following day from my guest about how much they really enjoyed the food and service. Miss Holly's willingness to work within our budget and the top notch service provided was greatly appreciated! Our event took place the night of a snow storm and Miss Holly was on time, set and ready to serve our guest as they arrived. Her assistant Akeel was professional, pleasant and attentive. They were hired for 3 hours of service and stayed well beyond their time which in my mind was another example of their great service. Several of my friends and family took Miss Holly card and discussed utilizing her services. I am planning a birthday party for my mother and Miss Holly will be catering this event as well. Thank you Miss Holly and look forward to future events with you. We are so grateful we found you because our event could not have been as successful without you!

I can’t say enough great things about Miss Holly's Smokehouse and Catering. From start to finish Holly exceeded my expectations. I had a last minute corporate function that needed to be celiac friendly. Holly was quick with her responses and offered a generous variety of GF items to choose from. She was able to turn around a beautiful event for 30 people in just 3 days which is sometimes how corporate events go. The food was delicious and in abundance and more importantly she was sensitive to my celiac needs. I would highly recommend Holly for your catering needs and will be using her again for future corporate events.
