I had photos and video on my desktop. The hard drive crashed and I did not know what to do. I was panicking, found them on the web and they got on the phone. They were able to diagnose the problem and recover them even stuff I had erased in the past.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please see our web site for our process. In general , we assess the situation to determine work required and a fee. We obtain approval based on terms provided. If approved, we carry out work. We will require payment information in advance or a deposit depending on size of work. We only charge when we have completed work per terms and estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 employees with various backgrounds. Our employees have IT and graphics certifications.
