- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, all projects will be priced specifically according to the services requested. However if hourly billing is needed I will accommodate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the pricing and specifications of a project is agreed upon, a written agreement will follow. A NDA will be mutually executed. This is for the protection of the both of us, to assure a clear and consice understand of expectations. I'm ready to proceed with your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 28 years in the business, the last 15 as an independent contractor and entrepreneur. I prefer the versatility that entrepreneurship offers. I've spend my entire career cultivating an unmatched Customer service platform. After all its the 1st and last impression of each and every customer contact that makes or breaks a possible flourishing relationship. Retention is imperative!
