- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour - not by the number of photos. There are lots of variables that come into play, and every session is different (outdoors/available light, or indoors with all my lighting gear? 1 hour portrait sitting, or 6-hour event?). So, please contact me with details for a more accurate quote, and we can work out an arrangement that fits your needs and budget. I don't have a physical studio location, but have a small, portable studio setup that I can bring to your home or office (with lighting gear and plain backdrops, if needed). So, for example, you can get a professional headshot on a gray background without having to disrupt your whole workday. Of course, I also work outdoors and on-location anywhere in the greater NYC area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call to go over what you're looking for, answer questions, and schedule the session. After our session, I try to have as quick a turnaround time as possible to get the photos to you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Various companies (financial, PR/marketing, fitness, legal, etc.), families, and individuals. People from all walks of life with all sorts of photo needs.
